Glen does a great job of installing and cleaning up after the job is done. Very easy to work with and personable. Arrived on time and gave me a great suggestion for what model shutters to use. An idea I would have never thought of ! Florida room looks great both inside and out, with the new shutters . Also,Glen informed me that these shutters are eligible for a tax credit of up to $1200.00 under the Inflation Reduction Act and provided me with a Manufacturers Certification for my tax accountant. I've waited a year before writing this review because, it is our first time with the plantation shutters, I wanted to make sure that I've experienced it when it comes to the upkeep and longevity of the product. First of all, let's start by saying how smooth the process was working with Charlie, Jennie and Cieko. We had the plantation shutters installed in all of the windows in our home including the two windows in our garage. We absolutely love the uniqueness that they bring to our home. The shutters are beautiful, and they're easy to clean! I only have to wipe them down once in a year time! We've received so many compliments from our family, friends, even from contractors and the builder's field managers. The shutters definitely set our home apart. Even the passersby takes noticed while out walking in the neighborhood. We made the right decision going with Louver Shop and it was money well spent!

I have used the Louver Shop for 4 homes when they were new in the industry and it has grown exponentially since plus less expensive than other companies which still are today! I have worked with both Carol & now Jory who always measured properly, made suggestions as to color, style, & overall provided excellent customer service. Jason installed my latest order to perfection! A neighbor hired them and are very happy with their plantation shutters. You can't go wrong; I highly recommend the Louver Shop!

The Louver Shop of Maryland provided us with excellent services from the initial rep. visit and preparation of a very reasonable estimate, to final installation and clean-up! Mr. Chris Fairman provided EXCELLENT installation and clean-up services in a very timely manner. Mr. Fairman was very professional and thorough as he worked; he was very quiet as he unpacked the blinds and installed them, as well as disposing of old drapes and hardware. He made sure I was happy with the results prior to his departure. Based on this first contract, we will definitely be working with The Louver Shop of Maryland again in the near future as we continue our window blinds project to beautify our home!
I highly recommend the Louver Shop. We received estimates from several companies on a shutter to fit our not perfect semi-circle window. By far the Louver shop offered a great product, had the best price and the shortest delivery times. Greg was amazing in helping to identify a solution for our irregular size window that still gave manual moveable louvers PLUS space to install an Indow window noise reduction insert, if we still had challenges with plane and road noise. Honestly, the noise is dramatically reduced that we likely will not need the insert for that window. The installation with Ronnie was so easy, quick yet still attention to detail. The shutter has upgraded our master bedroom while providing the function of light and noise reduction.
