I’d like to share my wonderful experience with Louver Shop Savannah. I had my condo done with plantation shutters about 7 years ago. The installation went smoothly and I’ve been very happy with my decision in contracting Ryan Belfry’s company. I was having a problem with one of the shutters closing & contacted Ryan. Although I was beyond the warranty period; he came by and helped get my shutter closed despite it being a settling problem with my unit. That’s customer service! Also Gary is a trained carpenter and makes sure the job is done right with craftsmanship. They were very communicative and helpful for our new home. I love my new wooden shutters, Cieko was so helpful and patient while we figured out the right stain, and it looks perfect. He was right on with the delivery time frame as well. I plan to call him back when I decide what to do in my turrets, he had great suggestion and told me to think on it as it ends up being a matter of preference. I really appreciate that there isn't any pressure. I would also say their pricing is very fair, I had a quote from another company in Cincinnati and they were quite a bit more expensive.
