Extremely responsive, friendly, and the wait time for my shutters was no time at all. They offer a free in-home consultation, which Gary did himself, and competitive pricing. When the shutters came in, installation took all of 20 minutes for 5 windows and they look perfect. Gary and the Louver Shop have fully outfitted three of our houses over the years and always been amazing to work with for window coverings. Our current house has faux wood blinds, black out shades, shutters and automatic sun shades in my wife's office. All have worked flawlessly and held up for close to a decade. Last year he fully outfitted a vacation home with plantation shutters and automatic sun shades for our sliders. The quality is extremely high and the aesthetic is just as good. Gary and team always show up when they say they will and the work they do is quick and efficient. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and will continue to use them for any future needs I may have. Highly recommended.
